How to guarantee there is sun in your house?
When the entry on your land is from east or west.
A lot of our Plans have mirror image, so it suitable for land with entry form east and west as well.
When the land is with entry from north.
Most of our houses ware designed for land with entry from the north, with optimal daylight localization from south-west. In some of cases for the reason of neighborhood will be much favorably to situated house in mirror image with daylight from south-east site.
 When the land is with entry from south.
Most of our houses are prepare to situate on the land with entry from south (use mirror image or turn house). Entrance to houses should be situated from south-west or south-east side.
Exchange windows and terrace localization.
If you don’t have possibility to situate the house with daylight from the south- change window and terrace location, which helps better use sunlight.
 Sloped plot.
To all plans we can add partial or full basement and adapt plan to the land slope. If your land is leaning toward the road we can design a garage in the basement.
  If your land is leaning toward the south side we can design a basement with beautiful terrace.
 
Narrow plot.
To build a house on a narrow plot than plan is designed you can for example: remove or replace windows with glass block, so it will be possible to locate the house 3 meters from the border, remove the dormer; reduce the eaves if they are bigger then 0.8m; reduce balcony size, if they are bigger then 1.3m.
