- a gurantee that the Plan has been draftem with accordance to ISO 9011 stndards
- professional customer service
- a chance to return the Plan within 30 days after buying it.
Terms and conditions refering to exchanging and returning our plans are outlined In "Purchase Conditions"
 | In order to confirm the originality of our plans, each design includes:
- information on the originality of the plan,
- a hologram,
- a seal with author’s – Barbara Mendel - licence number,
- a green overprint.

We will check the Person, which sold You a Plan. Do we have Co-operation Agreement and did we receive the payment. |
