The Plans are prepared in a way which makes their adaptation easier and the construction of the houses based on them - effortless. Architectural and constructional project is a part of the constructional project which is a basis for receiving a building permit. Constructional project (in four copies) consists of: 1) Architectural and constructional project (in four copies), that is offered to you. Architectural and constructional project must be adjusted (and signed) by the person who makes the adaptation, to the conditions of the localization and, in case it is needed, also to the spatial development plan or the decision about the conditions of development

Each architectural and constructional project includes various information, drawings, and studies which are not required by the law but are added in order to make the adaptation of the project and the construction of the house easier.
